A 1‑2‑1 therapy programme can offer a safe and effective way to process past trauma, explore the changes you may need and develop practical ways to move forward. Alongside these practical steps, we also look at the beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back — helping to quieten unhelpful thoughts, soften self‑criticism and build tools to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in day‑to‑day life.


To make support as accessible as possible, sessions are available face‑to‑face in the Northwest of the UK or online via Microsoft Teams. You can choose the setting that feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
